Neal Kearney has lived and worked in Massachusetts his entire life. He started his business, Northeast Furniture Direct, with Power Marketing Direct, Inc. as a licensed dealer in October 2006 and in 2009 he became one of PMD Furniture Direct, Inc.’s first 15 franchisees. He holds a BA degree in business management from St. Anselm College in New Hampshire. Neal’s background includes time in the banking world plus over 11 years in the insurance industry. He is married to Theresa, a registered nurse, and has four children, Evan, Charlie, Joey and Marin. Neal loves to spend time with his family at the beach and other local attractions in the New England Area, and the family owns a timeshare in Aruba. He is also a huge sports fan and played rugby in college. Neal’s father, brother, along with many cousins and uncles are proud to work within the Massachusetts Law Enforcement community, and he and his brother are Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots season ticket holders.

Neal is a consistent performer in PMD particularly when it comes to the mattress side of the business. Neal became a Power Marketing Direct licensed dealer in 2006 and a PMD Furniture Direct franchisee because of the profitability inherent in the PMD approach, and the flexibility which comes with business ownership. Northeast Furniture Direct has serviced thousands of satisfied customers since 2006, and Neal hopes to continue to grow the business. Neal’s goal is to consistently provide affordable, high quality furniture to the people in his area. Northeast Furniture Direct is also very active in the local community and regularly donates furniture to the local charities in the area.
