Background and Education

Don MacBeth started his business, Total Quality Merchandise, as a Power Marketing Direct licensee in April of 2009 and became one of PMD Furniture Direct first 15 franchisees when he signed his franchise agreement in November of 2009.  He holds a BS degree in business management where he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Culver Stockton College where he was given the entrepreneurship award for his dedication and ambition to running his own business. Don’s background includes nearly 20 years in restaurant and grocery store management. He is married to Nancy and has two children, Becky and Robert. Family members include 1 brother, 1 sister and his Dad.  He is a member of Masonic Craft Lodge 287. His interests include martial arts and he holds a 3rd degree green belt in Tung Soo Do. Don was introduced to PMD by way of a family member, his cousin John Grof, who operates the PMD Furniture direct franchise in Maumee Ohio.
